Been there a few times now. I must say it has not been a pleasant experience afterall. There are unwanted surprises for you everytime. Bus is 20-30 mins late or you have to board another bus to arrive at their Pindi terminal where your actual bus is parked or you will have to stand their waiting as there is not enough sitting arrangement in the passenger lounge etc. Lahore Thokar terminal and its management is far better.
A small/smart terminal with almost all Daewoo's standard facilities (info/ticket counter, AC waiting lounge, neat & clean washrooms, prayer area (separate for ladies & gents), canteen & water dispenser etc. Other than "Daewoo Main Terminal" with much more/wide facilities, it is established to facilitate commuters from Faizabad & adjacent areas.
Daewoo service quality has degraded in last few years but still it is one of the reliable transport service. Safe for families. This terminal has tuck shop, waiting area, ports for charging(if u have it own charger), cargo point. Washrooms r there but not very clean but ok
Outstanding . Dumpukh was awesome . Friendly staff. Thankyou TAHIR khan. Thank you TKR
Waiting area has been improved recently but they still need to improve their overall services for passengers.
Worst experience at this terminal. Previous was bit better. Their waiting area is under construction. You have to wait outside. No interim arrangements for washrooms. Toilets of neighbouring bus stand is available which is filthy like anything. GT road buses oldest and pathetic. Only good thing is their online booking application. Rest it is the true depiction of Pakistani society.
Faizabad bus station is more pathetic than your imagination. It's overcrowded because of many bus services operating from this place. The waiting room is small and congested. There's no AC on the male side and there is one one ceiling fan and one bracket fan which is grossly insufficient to provide any relief for the waiting passengers. The staff seems unconcerned. During summer if you've to wait for some time it's going to be pretty tough. The buses arrive quite late and the staff has no valid reason .There's no wheelchair accessibility. Parking is ample and it's free. If you're traveling to Lahore or Multan I would strongly suggest to take an alternative bus service.
Traveling very first time in DAEWOO. They didn't even bothered to verify whether the Vehicle is Serviceable for traveling on long route or not, from RWP to Multan. Broke down in the way... Standing on motorway for last one hour... Don't know when they will arrange for replacement of Vehicle... Strongly Not Recommended.

Collected a mango parcel today from Daewoo Faizabad Terminal. The staff was cooperative, and the parcel service was smooth and reliable as usual. It's a good place for collecting Daewoo cargo. However, a very important point for anyone coming from Islamabad side, since the I?8 signal is permanently closed, you either have to take a longer U-turn via Faizabad flyover, or take the risky option of crossing the busy expressway on foot, which is really unsafe and not recommended. It would be great if the authorities install a pedestrian bridge here to make access safer and easier for everyone.
